• The interest rate for your account will be paid until the maturity date of your certificate
• Availability of this account type will be limited to one per Tax Identification Number. The Tax Identification Number used to make this determination is the Tax Identification Number that is used for interest reporting purposes

• The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings
• This account will automatically renew to a twenty-four (24) month term certificate at maturity. You will have ten (10) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without being charged a penalty
• Certificate will be renewed at the interest rate in effect for a twenty-four (24) month certificate at West Point Bank on the maturity date or on the maturity date of any subsequent renewal
• If you withdraw the funds during the ten days after the maturity date, you will not receive the accrued interest since the maturity date
• If any of the deposit is withdrawn prior to maturity, a penalty may be imposed in an amount equal to six (6) months interest on the amount withdrawn
• Interest will be compounded and credited to your account quarterly according to the terms of your Certificate. You may receive interest by check or deposit to a checking or savings account if requested when opening the account
• Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (for example, checks)
• We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day
• After the account is opened, you may not make deposits into this account until the maturity date
• If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest
