How often is my account information updated?

West Point Bank updates all account information every business night. Whether you visit a branch or our On-Line Banking portal, your information will be updated daily following any day the bank is open for business.

 

Can I get my account information by phone?

Of course! You can call any branch location during normal business hours or sign up for Free Telephone Banking.

 

Can I make deposits outside of normal business hours?

Yes! All Debit Card customers may now utilize West Point Bank’s Easy Deposit ATMs located at our Radcliff and Elizabethtown branches 24 hours a day, seven days a week!
